A downloadable game for Windows

Persok is a 2D/3D puzzle game where you turn the camera around to view different projections of the world, allowing your character to traverse geometry they normally wouldn't be able to. This prototype features 28 levels, spread across 3 chapters. Progression is saved after each level completion.

Please let me know what you think! I'm hoping to turn this into a larger commercial project, and any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Nice game!

At first I thought it was like a sliding game but in 3D, but actually projection ignore the "depth" of current view, which is much fun and tricky.

I really like the mechanism that crates are flatten but remain overlapped!

btw I was stuck at 3-4, any hints?

Thank you very much for your comment!

Yeah, the page’s pictures alone might not communicate the mechanics of the game very well. This wasn’t a problem originally as I planned this to be a web game, but now that it needs to be downloaded first, maybe I should make a simple video demonstrating the mechanics and the vibe of the game.

That overlapping mechanic in the last chapter is a lot of fun to design puzzles around! I hope to show even more interesting consequences of that rule in later levels :)

Tip for 3-4 (Serpentine) As with the other levels in that chapter, the solution will involve stacking crates at *some* point. However if you look at the end state, it doesn't seem like crates could be stacked at the end of the level... so you might need to find a way to make a stack, and then break it later on.

Also, 3-6 (currently Cannonball) is unsolvable in Version 0.1.3, my mistake. I’m working on a new version with reworked (and additional) levels, so stay tuned for that!

Thank you for your help, I finally beat the game (except 3-6). Looking forward to the upcomming version.
