Changed the tile textures and added some shading to better differentiate light/dark tiles, and rotate/norotate tiles.

Improved performance of the Collision Checker and Map Loader, allowing the use of shaders in the level select.

Added FPS counter.

Can no longer rotate during the first few levels, since the mechanic isn't used there.

(Not totally) Fixed clouds appearing and disappearing while in view.

(Of note: the stripes on the original sprites were removed as an attempt to clear some of the visual clutter, but they will be added back as an accessibility setting soon enough)
